Initiatives of HIV/AIDS Net 11 NGOs heads got together in Chennai on 14th October 2003 and conceived the idea of a NGO Network for the state. After series of meetings and deliberations the NGOs agreed to start the Network and named it as “Initiatives of HIV/AIDS Net (IHN)”   Enrollment Form : The criteria for admitting an NGO as a member of IHN was quite simple.
